He talks about almost starting beef with Lil Wayne and Kanye West. Eminem also apologises to his fans explaining his state of mind on his last two albums.

i didnt really why he sang this song but i loved it. i listen to it all the time. now i see what his words meant. this song is one of the deepset songs he ever made.
